Common questions
Is it a subscription? Leaf People Premium is an auto-renewing subscription — choose monthly or annual. Bought the earlier one-time Premium? You keep lifetime access — you're grandfathered in and nothing changes for you.
Restoring Premium. Open the app → More → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID. Your subscription also unlocks the subscriber stories on leafpeople.app — just sign in there with the same account.
Where's my data? Your plant collection, schedules, and notes are stored on your device, so deleting the app removes them — export or back up before reinstalling. Your sign-in and subscription are tied to your account, so those carry over.
Request a plant. Want a species added to the library? Use the in-app "Request this plant" link, or email us.
